Renee Antes brings more than 12 years of healthcare operations, home health administration, regulatory compliance, and survey-readiness experience to Regalla Compliance Group LLC.

Throughout her career, Renee has supported multi-site healthcare operations, agency start-ups, branch development, policy implementation, quality improvement, documentation compliance, and preparation for regulatory and accreditation surveys. Her experience includes working closely with clinical, administrative, billing, human resources, and executive teams to identify compliance risks and develop practical solutions.
